Eligible for support: Low-income crisis households who are having difficulty making a living due to a 25% or more decline in household income due to unemployment or business closure due to COVID-19*
1. (Workers, etc.) Those whose work status has decreased by more than 25% compared to before COVID-19
2. (Self-employed, etc.) Those whose business income (sales) has decreased by more than 25% compared to before COVID-19
3. Those who ended receiving job-seeking (unemployment) benefits due to unemployment after February 2020
* Subjects excluded from payment: Basic (living allowance), emergency (living allowance) and other business COVID-19 emergency support projects
(Duplicate support is not allowed, such as emergency employment stabilization support fund, small business new hope fund, closed store reopening incentive, employee employment maintenance, support fund, youth special employment support program participants, job search benefits, etc.)
Criteria for selecting recipients 1. (Household Composition) Recipients are determined as households registered on the resident registration table as of September 9, 2020
2. (Income) 75% or less of standard median income
3. (Property) KRW 600 million or less in large cities (KRW 300 million in rural areas)
Payment amount (1-person household) 400,000 won, (2-person household) 600,000 won/one time payment
(Household of 3 people) 800,000 won, (Household of 4 people or more) 1 million won/one-time payment
